Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup turkey pepperoni, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, torn (optional)
Build Your Bowl
Grab a microwave-safe bowl and dump in 1 cup of cottage cheese. Pour the pizza sauce right on top, then sprinkle over 1 teaspoon dried oregano and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes if you want some heat.
Initial Heat
Pop the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds on high. Pull it out and give everything a good stir to mix the sauce into the cottage cheese.
Toss in your chopped turkey pepperoni and the shredded mozzarella, mixing them through the warm mixture.
Final Melt
Stick it back in the microwave for another 30-60 seconds until everything’s hot and the cheese gets all melty and starts bubbling around the edges.
Finish and Eat
Scatter torn basil leaves over the top if you’re using them. The bowl will be hot, so let it cool for ~30 seconds before digging in.
Eat it straight from the bowl with a spoon, or scoop it up with bell pepper boats or toasted bread rounds.

Microwave Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl

Instructions
- Combine cottage cheese and pizza sauce in microwave-safe bowl.
- Add oregano and red pepper flakes.
- Microwave 30 seconds, stir well.
- Mix in pepperoni and mozzarella.
- Microwave 30-60 seconds until cheese melts and bubbles.
- Top with fresh basil if using.
- Let cool 30 seconds before serving.
- Serve with spoon or preferred dippers.
