15-ounce cans pinto beans, drained

15-ounce cans black beans, drained

10-ounce can Ro-Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained

cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
Whisk together barbecue sauce, ketchup, water, mustard, vinegar, liquid smoke, garlic, and cayenne in large bowl.
Brown bratwurst (casings removed) in skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, breaking up meat.
Add onions, cook 15 minutes until meat and onions are well browned.
Mix browned meat mixture with sauce, all beans, and drained tomatoes.
Transfer to 13x9 metal pan on rimmed baking sheet.
Top with bacon pieces.
Bake at 350F for 1.5 hours until bubbling and bacon is rendered.
Rest 15 minutes before serving.
