This salad gets all the classic Big Mac flavors right by layering seasoned ground beef, crisp lettuce, and a creamy, tangy dressing that mimics the iconic special sauce.

For the Salad

~10 cups romaine lettuce
shredded

dill pickles

Instructions
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef, cook 3-4 minutes while breaking up meat.
Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until no pink remains.
Mix Greek yogurt, pickle relish, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, vinegar, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt and pepper in bowl.
Layer shredded romaine in large bowl.
Top with cooked beef, pickles, onions, tomatoes, and cheddar.
Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Notes
Can substitute ground turkey for beef. Greek yogurt can be replaced with sour cream.
