Blueberry and Banana Overnight Oats
This is my breakfast when I actually remember to prep something the night before. Takes about 2 minutes to throw together, then you wake up to breakfast already made. No cooking, no dishes, just grab and go.

Ingredients

rolled oats

cup
whole milk
▢

tbsp
chia seeds
▢
1-2
tbsp
maple syrup
depending on your sweet tooth
▢
1/2
tsp
ground cinnamon
▢
1/4
cup
sliced banana
▢
1/3
cup
fresh blueberries
Instructions
Combine oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon and milk in 8oz mason jar.
Stir well to mix all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top with sliced banana and blueberries before eating.
Enjoy cold straight from jar or let sit at room temp 10 minutes.
