Cottage Cheese Brownies
Nobody believes these have cottage cheese until I show them the container. The blender turns it into extra protein that makes these fudgy instead of cakey.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line 9x9 pan with parchment.
Blend cottage cheese, melted chocolate, butter, vanilla, egg, milk, sweetener, and cocoa powder until completely smooth, about 45 seconds.
Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in large bowl.
Pour chocolate mixture into flour mixture and fold until just combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Spread batter in pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes until toothpick has moist crumbs.
Cool completely before cutting into 16 squares.
