Chicken Fried Steak

Diner Style Chicken Fried Steak

This is comfort food that'll knock you out for the rest of the day. Cube steak pounded thin, double-breaded, fried crispy, then smothered in peppery gravy made from the pan drippings. It's what I make when I need to feed hungry people who've been working all day.
