Maple Soy Glazed Salmon
The broiler does all the work here. You get that sticky, caramelized glaze without standing over a pan or worrying about flipping.

Ingredients

maple syrup

cup
low-sodium soy sauce
▢

salmon fillets
1 1/4 inches thick
▢
Sea salt and black pepper

tablespoon
toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Position rack 6 inches from broiler and preheat.
Line broiler pan with foil, add rack, spray with cooking oil.
Simmer maple syrup and soy sauce 3-5 minutes until reduced to 4 tablespoons. Reserve half for serving.
Pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper.
Place fillets skin-side down on rack, spaced 1 inch apart.
Brush tops with half the glaze.
Broil 10-12 minutes, brushing with remaining glaze halfway through.
Drizzle with reserved glaze and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
