Soft and Chewy M&M Cookies
These M&M cookies are soft, chewy, and practically melt in your mouth. The bit of crunch from the candies with milk chocolate works perfectly. Easy recipe with no chilling time necessary.

Instructions
Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
Beat butter until creamy, then add sugars and mix until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla, mixing on low speed until smooth.
Fold in flour mixture and M&Ms until just combined.
Form dough into 2-tablespoon balls, placing 8 cookies per baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F, one sheet at a time, for 10-11 minutes total.
Tap pan in oven midway to help cookies settle.
Let cookies cool completely on baking sheet before removing.
Notes
Cookies will look puffy when first removed from oven but will deflate while cooling.
